burglary for the mechanically inclined

The place I work for has interns. Up until late August, we had a house that the company owned where they all lived. After it was broken into (the apartments were ransacked and a few stereos, tvs, and computers were taken), we moved the interns into other rented houses in nicer parts of town.

We've been letting the six-unit house sit empty for the past few months while we've been looking for a buyer. We're scheduled to close this Friday.

Last Thursday, the intern house (sans interns or furniture or possessions) was broken into again. So, what did they take?

All of the appliances, the water heaters, and the furnace.
