From an AP article entitled "Breakthrough in striking writers talks" (italics are mine)...
"The two sides breached the gap Friday on the thorniest issues, those concerning compensation for projects distributed via the Internet, said the person, who requested anonymity because he were not authorized to speak publicly."
Can we get the real writers back now, please?

Amazingly, MS Word does not be catching this error with its grammar check, which of course explains why, they error was there: The AP must have been doing the MS Word.
Feel free to put my comment in Word as well.
